- 4U Apparel makes every effort to ensure that pricing is consistent throughout our websites. In some occasions, there may be price differences due to promotional events and special offers. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an out-of-stock email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.
Colors:
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. - Shipping & Delivery

- We use American Apparel brand garments for all of our clothes. American Apparel garments are not preshrunk and tend to run small. We recommend buying one size larger than you would normally wear to ensure a good fit after the first wash. Please be sure to use one of our sizing charts located at the bottom of this page when ordering.

Our exchange and return policies are stated below.
1. The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our 'sites'
2. FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, cosmetics, jewelry and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
3. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.
If any item, other than FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at our 'sites' fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned by mail to the address below for a refund.
